Rago/Wright announces Masterworks of American Craft, a new auction venue celebrating the finest work from American makers.

From George Ohr to Wendell Castle, this sale features over 100 years of extraordinary craftsmanship of American creative production. Premier works by George Nakashima, Paul Evans and John Risley will be featured alongside significant and unique sculptures by Robert Arneson, Harry Bertoia, Viola Frey, and Peter Voulkos. The sale also explores a variety of medium and fields to include a fine and an important Tiffany Studio box as well as glass masterpieces by Dale Chihuly and an exquisite stained window by Judith Schaechter.

Masterworks of Amercian Craft will take place on November 22nd at Rago in Lambertville, New Jersey. All lots will be on view at Rago in advance of the sale. A full-color catalog illustrating each work will accompany the sale.
