I never see beauty. It is foreign to me and if even I could glimpse it, it would only be in recognition of a struggle gone cold, soon to be discarded as I move on. No satisfaction taken: a corpse kicked to the curb. It’s about not knowing how to live, that's what painting is, what is performance, and coming with it, a whole lot of heartbreak.
