Nick de Angelis 1921–2004
Nick de Angelis was born in New Jersey in 1921. Over the course of his nearly forty year career, de Angelis' work evolved from realistic, dreamy watercolors to abstract works filled with powerful symbolism. De Angelis was a life member of the Art Students League of New York and served as the Vice President of the American Watercolor Society.
