Seidner was a noted fashion photographer whose images graced the pages of Harper's Bazaar, Harper's & Queen, The New York Times Magazine, Vanity Fair, and international editions of Vogue in the 1980s and 90s. He had over a dozen solo exhibitions and also participated in group exhibitions at the Whitney Museum and the Pompidou Center in Paris. He died of complications from AIDS on June 6, 1999.
