Check your spam folder
If your email is not in your inbox please check your spam folder. 95% of the time when we are told that an email isn't reaching our users it is due to spam filters sensitivity to your first email interaction with a new contact.
Add us to your safe senders or contacts list
One of the most effective ways to ensure you always receive our emails is to add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and the domain ragoarts.com to your safe senders list or contact list. By doing this you are telling your email host that you trust us and want to always receive emails from us.
