Estimate: $2,500 - $3,500

Bowing for Collections, Vogue Publication, 1972
Gelatin silver print (framed, printed 1989)
Signed, dated and inscribed
14" x 10 3/4" (sheet)
Provenance: Property from a Connecticut Estate

Signed and dated in pencil lower recto, margin. Signed, dated, titled and inscribed in pencil on verso. Two areas of abrasions right of figure. Some accretion lower edge, several crimps and creases, most noticeable in raking light, small areas of emulsion separation in the corners. Appears the artist first signed and dated on a sheet on top of the photo so you can see the indentations. A very shiny spot upper left quadrant. Sheet is free and in photo corners.
