Signed lower right on recto. Signed and dated Feb. 10th, 1930 on verso. Inscribed "Given to Warren and Jerry Eister, 1941 from the painter's wife, Irene H. Meierhans" and "Meierhans New York City" on frame. Canvas is fairly loose on stretcher but no sign of cracking or flaking to painted surface. Overall surface soiling. Work is in good to fair condition. Some losses to surface of frame.
