Condition Report

Overcoat to original finish. Moderate stain loss under the overcoat. No breaks or repairs, all wood and hardware elements are intact. 4 replaced brass wood screws in the original hinges, original screws are taped underneath the chair. Replaced seat cushion. Seat back rod slightly bent. There is evidence that the chair had an upholstered seat (a few minor nail holes visible on the underside) and has been touched-up (uneven wood stain is some areas) when the finish was overcoated. Also a few minor worm holes in various areas. A rare and iconic design.
