Condition Report

Signed in ink and stamped number on lower verso. Light tide mark (1/16") along bottom edge, a 1 1/8" tear along lower edge, close to corner, several small tears along right edge, surface soiling, scuff marks, crimps and creases overall. Tape remnants three places at top and two on bottom.
