Eleven pieces of dinnerware with stylized "Juliana" design, France, ca. 1930: sauce boat, dinner plate, small plate, three large saucers, three small saucers, teacup, and sugar; All marked with JL monogram FRANCE; Dinner plate: 8 1/2" dia.; Provenance: Collection of Martin Eidelberg, New York; This table service was probably commissioned for the SS Prinses Juliana, built in 1920 and which was in ferry service in the English Channel between England and the Netherlands.
