Thank you! I was able just recently to acquire a piece from your September sale as well as one from the January sale through another dealer. I wish I had the money to buy every piece that comes up for auction, but, alas, don’t we all! I no longer buy pieces unless I can verify the authenticity of the item as, unfortunately, I see a number of reglazed pieces being sold as authentic - and selling. Rago Auctions seems to be the only one that identifies and notes this in each of its sales catalogues, which I appreciate immensely. Looking forward to acquiring more pieces from you in the coming years as I continue to build my collection.

I thought the auction did very well. You sold a considerable amount of work for a respectable amount of money. The fact that you took an ad out in a British newspaper also helped, I think. I would also like to say that all of your partners and staff treated me very well. I will highly recommend you. I look forward to working with you to sell my ephemera pieces, furniture, and various other estate pieces. A pleasure doing business with you. Carol was absolutely fabulous and I felt that she took a personal pride in the handling of my pieces.

Thanks again so much for yesterday's appraisal clinic program at Shannondell retirement community. It truly was awesome and the residents are still talking about it. I can't believe how many treasures they all have. I thought all of you did a fabulous job presenting, explaining and appraising. I can't thank you enough for all you did to help set this program up.
